The Problem: Nearly 10,000 infants are born in Bangladesh every single day, and ensuring ideal infant and young child feeding (IYCF) practices—including early initiation of breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding for six months—still remains a challenge. Given the high female labor participation rate, workplace-based initiatives are essential to ensure breastfeeding practice is sustained among working mothers.

The Solution: Mothers @ Work was launched to help empower mothers and to fight for initiatives that will allow them to breastfeed without giving up their jobs. The project needed a strong brand identity for its launch in Bangladesh in 2017.
